Begin Sessions
If we determine we're a good fit, we'll schedule your first session. Expect to engage in weekly sessions for a minimum of 4-6 sessions initially.
Ongoing Support
Therapy continues based on your unique needs and goals. The number of sessions varies depending on the complexity of therapy goals.
What to Expect
My foundational modality is psychoanalytical/psychodynamic in orientation. This means the therapeutic relationship and understanding patterns from your past are central to the healing process.

Important Considerations
The initial commitment to weekly sessions is an important consideration to the therapeutic process, especially at the beginning of the journey.
This ensures that rapport is well established and that you feel well supported, as difficult topics may cause some emotional disturbance in between sessions.
